Welcome to the services provided by LoveTalk. Lantree Technology, which means Beijing Lantree Technology Co., Ltd. in this Privacy Agreement and is also referred to as "we" or "us", attaches great importance to privacy protection and personal information protection. This Privacy Agreement applies to your access to and use of all services provided by LoveTalk through any method.
LoveTalk is a product about relationship and social interaction guidance. Through LoveTalk, you can view relationship and social interaction experience, search online buzzwords, and use other functions and services (collectively, "LoveTalk products or services"). We will process only the personal information necessary for your use of the products or services.
This Privacy Agreement applies when you access and use our products and services through the LoveTalk app, software development kits (SDKs), application programming interfaces (APIs), and other methods made available for third-party websites and applications.
LoveTalk includes, but is not limited to, iOS and Android versions. Please choose the version matching the terminal device installed when using LoveTalk. The personal information LoveTalk may obtain depends on the app version you use, the specific type/version of terminal device you use, and the functions you use.
This Privacy Agreement is intended to help you understand what personal information we collect, why we collect it, what we do with it, and how we protect it. We collect and use your personal information according to this Privacy Agreement, but we will not collect all of your personal information through forced bundling merely because you authorize and agree to this Privacy Agreement. We will strictly follow laws and regulations and seek your separate consent in specific circumstances. In addition to this Privacy Agreement, we may explain rules for processing your personal information through product pages, pop-up prompts, and other methods. The processing of personal information for specific business functions shall be subject to the specific rules, which have the same effect as this Privacy Agreement.

Unless laws or administrative regulations provide otherwise, you have the right to know and decide how we process your personal information, and you have the right to restrict or refuse processing of your personal information by us or others. You also have the right to ask us to explain the personal information processing rules we provide to you. Please carefully read and understand this Privacy Agreement before using LoveTalk and related products and services so that you can make appropriate choices.
We understand the importance of personal information to you and that effective protection of your information is the foundation of healthy and sustainable business development. Thank you for using and trusting LoveTalk. We are committed to maintaining your trust and protecting your personal information under principles such as consistency of rights and responsibilities, clear purpose, choice and consent, minimum necessity, security assurance, user participation, openness, and transparency.
We solemnly promise that we will use security protection measures that meet mature industry security standards to protect your personal information.
We will collect and use your personal information according to the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity. We collect and process your personal information to provide you with corresponding business functions. If you provide personal information of others, please ensure that you have obtained authorization from the relevant subjects. We reserve the right to verify the lawful source of such personal information at any time.
You need to provide personal information so that we can implement basic business functions such as registration and login, including mobile phone login and third-party platform login, and payment. Information necessary to implement basic business functions is necessary personal information. If you refuse to provide such necessary personal information, we will be unable to provide the relevant basic business functions and services.
For your understanding, the business functions, processing purposes, and required personal information are listed below.
When you browse and use content provided by LoveTalk, you need to register and log in to a LoveTalk account. You may create an account through your mobile phone number and complete your account information.
When registering or logging in to a LoveTalk account, you need to provide your mobile phone number. You may choose to set an account name, avatar, and login password.
You may also log in to LoveTalk with a third-party account, such as WeChat or Apple ID. In that case, you authorize LoveTalk to obtain public information registered with that third-party account, including your nickname, avatar, and other information you authorize.
You may decide whether to log in to LoveTalk through one-click login. If you choose this login method, the carrier will process your mobile phone number information.
For basic functions such as changing your avatar and uploading feedback images, we need to obtain camera and album/storage permissions. These are sensitive permissions, and we will obtain them only after you authorize and agree. If you refuse certain necessary permissions, you will be unable to use the corresponding functions, but this will not affect your normal use of other services.
When changing the avatar in the WeChat mini program, we may use your WeChat avatar as the displayed member avatar. We will obtain this permission only after you authorize and agree.
To solve your problems more quickly and accurately, LoveTalk may need you to provide contact information when you submit feedback. Please understand this requirement.
To ensure the safe operation of software and services, prevent your personal information from being illegally obtained, more accurately prevent fraud, and protect account security, we may collect your device information, log information, and other information related to the login environment.
Please understand that when you switch LoveTalk from the device screen to background operation, due to some device models and system reasons, information collection caused by functions you previously used in LoveTalk may not stop immediately, which may result in a brief period of background information collection.
Please note that in the following circumstances, collecting and using personal information does not require prior authorization and consent from you:
Without publicly disclosing or externally providing your personal information, Lantree Technology has the right to mine, analyze, and use anonymized user databases, including for commercial use, and to conduct statistics on product/service use and share anonymized statistical information with the public or third parties.
During service provision, to ensure that you can normally use product functions, we may request the following system device permissions from your device. Before requesting them, we will ask for your consent, and you may choose to allow or deny the permission request. After your authorization, we will enable relevant permissions. You may revoke authorization in the system at any time. Revocation may make relevant business functions unavailable, but will not prevent you from using other business functions.

You may enable or disable some or all permissions at any time through the permission settings provided by your device, thereby refusing LoveTalk's collection of corresponding personal information. Permission display and disabling methods may differ by device. Please refer to the instructions or guidance of the device and system developer.
If we use your information for a purpose not stated in this Privacy Agreement, or use information collected for a specific purpose for another purpose, we will ask for your separate consent in advance.
To ensure normal website operation, provide you with an easier access experience, and recommend content that may interest you, we may store small data files called Cookies on your computer or mobile device. Cookies usually contain identifiers, site names, and some numbers and characters. With Cookies, websites can store your preferences or other data.
We will not use Cookies for any purpose other than those described in this Agreement. You may clear all saved Cookies through the relevant function in the browser or system. You may also clear Cookies and restrict LoveTalk's use of Cookies through "Me" > "Clear Cache".
We will not share, transfer, publicly disclose, or entrust processing of your personal information unless permitted by laws and regulations, necessary for providing services, or separately authorized by you.
We may share necessary personal information with third-party product or service providers so that they can provide products or services to you, including payment, login, analytics, security, and advertising services. We will evaluate the legality, legitimacy, and necessity of sharing and require third parties to process your personal information according to this Privacy Agreement and our instructions.
We may also share your personal information with third parties that you actively choose to share with, such as third-party accounts used for login or payment.
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual other than Lantree Technology, except in the following circumstances:

Please note that, according to applicable laws, sharing or transferring de-identified personal information that cannot be restored to identify a specific individual is not considered external sharing, transfer, or public disclosure of personal information.
To ensure stable operation and implementation of relevant functions, we may access SDKs or similar applications provided by third parties. We will conduct strict security testing of SDKs and require third parties to process personal information in accordance with laws and this Privacy Agreement.

The names, functions, and personal information processing types of third-party SDKs may change due to version upgrades, policy adjustments, or business changes. We will update this Privacy Agreement or provide notice where required.
We retain your personal information only for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Agreement, unless laws and regulations require or permit a longer retention period. After the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information according to law.
Personal information collected and generated during our operations in the People's Republic of China will be stored in China, unless cross-border transfer is permitted or required by applicable laws and regulations and corresponding legal procedures are fulfilled. If cross-border transfer is required, we will inform you according to law and obtain your separate consent where required.
If a personal information security incident unfortunately occurs, we will inform you according to laws and regulations of the basic situation and possible impact of the incident, measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to prevent and reduce risks independently, and remedial measures for you. We may notify you by email, letter, telephone, push notification, or other reasonable methods. If it is difficult to notify personal information subjects individually, we will publish an announcement in a reasonable and effective manner.
We will also report the handling of personal information security incidents to regulatory authorities as required.
To provide you with better content and services, we may provide personalized recommendation services based on your browsing and use behavior, device information, and other information necessary for recommendation. We will not use sensitive personal information for personalized recommendations without your authorization or as permitted by law.

Under relevant Chinese laws, regulations, and standards, and common practices in other countries and regions, we protect your exercise of the following rights regarding your personal information.
If you find that personal information we process about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction or supplementation. You may contact us through the methods listed in Section 9.
You may request deletion of personal information in the following circumstances:
If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify entities that obtained your personal information from us and require them to delete it promptly, unless laws and regulations provide otherwise or those entities have obtained your independent authorization.
Each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed. For collection and use of additional personal information, you may give or withdraw your authorization and consent at any time.
You may cancel your previously registered account. You may cancel your LoveTalk account through "Me" > "Settings" > "Account Settings" > "Cancel Account".
When you log in to LoveTalk through authorization of a third-party account such as WeChat or Apple ID, you need to apply to the third party to cancel the corresponding account.
Where permitted by laws and regulations and where technically feasible, you may request a copy of your personal information or request that we transfer your personal information to a personal information processor designated by you.
If we stop operating LoveTalk products or services, we will notify you in advance by push notification, announcement, or other reasonable methods and stop collecting your personal information in a timely manner. We will delete or anonymize personal information we hold according to laws and regulations.
You have the right to request that we explain our personal information processing rules. You may contact us through the contact information in Section 9.
We may be unable to respond to your request in the following circumstances:
For security, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond within the period required by laws and regulations. If you are dissatisfied, you may contact us through the methods in Section 9.
In principle, we do not charge fees for reasonable requests. For requests that are repeated many times, exceed reasonable limits, or are technically difficult, we may charge a certain cost fee or refuse the request as permitted by law.
Lantree Technology attaches great importance to protecting minors' information.
If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain consent from your parent or legal guardian before using LoveTalk products or services. We protect minors' personal information according to relevant national laws and regulations.
If we discover that we have collected personal information of a minor without verifiable guardian consent, we will try to delete the relevant information as soon as possible.
If you are the guardian of a minor and have questions about the personal information of the minor under your guardianship, please contact us through the contact information in Section 9.
Our Privacy Agreement may change.
Without your express consent, we will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Agreement. For major changes, we will provide prominent notice, such as special prompts on browsing pages or pop-up prompts.

Personal information refers to all kinds of information recorded electronically or otherwise that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person, excluding anonymized information.
Sensitive personal information refers to personal information that, once leaked or illegally used, may easily cause infringement of a natural person's dignity or harm to personal or property safety, including biometric identification, religious belief, specific identity, medical health, financial accounts, whereabouts, and personal information of minors under the age of 14.
Device information refers to information about the device you use, such as device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, login IP address, network status, and app version.
Log information refers to requests automatically recorded by our servers when you access LoveTalk, such as IP address, browser type, telecom carrier, language used, access date and time, and web page records.
De-identification refers to processing personal information so that it cannot identify a specific natural person without additional information. De-identified information may still be restored with additional information.
Anonymization refers to processing personal information so that it cannot identify a specific natural person and cannot be restored. Anonymized information is not personal information.
